Every week we have the privilege of connecting kids with their Creator. Together with their parents, we seek to lead our kids to love Jesus and love others. River Kids is a place where your child can:

Preschool
The first five years of life are the most important in the development of a child – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It is during this time that foundations are being laid in the life of children.
Our preschool basic truths we want them to know and understand are:
God made me

Jesus wants to be my friend forever
Elementary
Elementary is an exciting stage where kids are beginning to explore who they are in Jesus and how God’s word can shape their lives. During these years, kids are building on the foundations laid in preschool.

I can trust God no matter what
Jesus helps me love others the way He loves me
Safety
Your child’s safety is of the utmost important to us. When you check-in you will receive a name tag for your child and a security tag for you. You will need to show your security tag to your child’s leaders for them to be released to you. We do provide snacks for kids. If you child has any allergies, if you will please let our team know when you are checking in.
Health & Wellness
We do our best to maintain a healthy environment for all of our kids and leaders. We ask parents to help us with this by keeping any kids home who are showing any visible signs of illness until they are fever or symptom free for 24 hours.
Prayer & Support
We want you and your family to know that we are standing with you, whatever you may be facing or feeling. Your River Kids team is here to cheer you on and support you in any way we can! The nursery ministry, for your eight-week old babies and one-year olds, joins you during this small, but very important window of time, to minister to them as young children. We will provide your child with physical and emotional care and begin laying a spiritual foundation in a safe and fun environment.

The preschool ministry, for ages 2-5, gives children a first look at the Bible through fun and interactive games, crafts, age-appropriate Bible lesson and application activities. There’s a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, learning and laughter every Sunday!
At 9:30 we have Life Groups, which is a small group based on age groups.
At 11:00 we have Preschool Worship! Kids stay in the same class as their Life Group, but leaders come to their class to facilitate a fun and interactive Bible Story time along with music and songs!

On Sundays, our River Elementary Kids meet on campus in the East Wing of our building. Parents will check in at the welcome desk and walk their kids back.
9:30: K-2 Life Groups & 3-5 Worship
Parents will drop K-2 kids off in their Life Group classroom or 3-5 kids in KidWorship.
Before 10:50, parents will pick up kids from their 9:30 locations.
At 10:50, Kids Leaders walk kids to their 11:00 locations for their next hour of ministry.
11:00: K2 Worship & 3-5 Life Groups
Parents will drop K-2 kids off in KidWorship or 3-5 kids in their Life Groups.

Kids Club meets on Wednesday nights 6-7:30PM throughout the school year. See the MidWeek page for more information.
Kids will have fun building friendships and studying God’s word in an engaging environment! We would love for you to join us and bring a friend!!
K-5th KidWorship only sundays
On certain holiday weekends, we will not have Life Groups for Kindergarten-adults.
On these days we offer a K-5th Grade KidWorship at both 9:30 & 11:00. These two services are identical.
